Next generation of tools for industry to evaluate the user emotional perception

Nowadays, more and more companies are adding emotional features into their products, developing also various services based on the emotional motivation of their end user. The greatest challenge in the design is to ensure the level of approximation that exists between the proposed experience, the way that the designer wants it to be perceived, and the user experience. Nowadays, multi-method tools seem like a way to go, which combine different tools into one. Researchers from the Design Innovation Center of the Mondragon University have analyzed different methods and tools in the market, including our product visage|SDK, which combines face tracking, gaze tracking, speech and lip motion analysis, which enables the exploration of a great variety of application fields.
