When You contact us via the Contact form, or when you submit an open application or application to our open job positions, we process the Data You give us so we can answer Your questions and execute necessary actions for that matter (for example, preparing contract documentation, executing the recruitment and selection process).). (iii) Fulfilling Your requests – providing You the Demo. Our Demo processes Personal data only during the session. Also, it processes only the Data that is necessary for the Demo to showcase its functionalities, so it cannot perform without the concerned Data. You can learn more about Demos in Section 7.
(iv) Achieving our Legitimate interest. The legal meaning of the term Legitimate interest is explained in detail in the Glossary. We have a Legitimate interest in processing Your Data in the following situations.
(v) Compliance with our legal obligations. Processing of Your Data can be necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations, for example, the obligations prescribed by criminal law, tax law, or fulfilling our duties in case of supervision or other proceedings initiated by competent court or administrative where we could be obliged to provide Data.

Our Demos or live demonstration tool enables You to check out and discover some of our technology’s many possibilities and try out our products’ main functionalities.
When You use the Demo, Your following Personal data is processed temporarily (only during the session):
(i) Facial Image During the Session. Facial image is Personal data. To be able to provide its outputs, Demo needs and will ask for access to the camera on Your device.
(ii) Cookie. A Cookie is stored on Your device, with the purpose of counting unique users. Be aware that by identifying unique users, we don’t identify You by name, but for example “user 01”.

● In theory, Cookies are Personal data because they can be traced back to You with appropriate and complex technical processes. But we don’t use this Cookie for such a purpose.
● This Cookie is needed for the performance of Demo and is not used for third-party services, marketing, or any further processing outside the performance of the Demo.
(iii) IP Address. The IP address of Your device is automatically collected by Demo when You open it. This is an unavoidable consequence of using website widgets, and this is needed for Demo to be able to work and provide outputs to You. It is required for HTTP requests that get information from the backend.
● In theory, IP addresses are Your Personal data because they can be traced back to You. But we don’t use Your IP addresses for such a purpose.
● We have no particular interest in processing Your IP address in a way to determine Your identity. The IP address is deleted as soon as possible.
