Publicis Brussels: Eye Click Donation
Publicis Brussels used our gaze tracking to create the Eye Click Donation – a regular donation site with one important difference: you use your eyes only to navigate. This gives you the feeling of how it is like to live with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord, in which the muscles that are responsible for eye movement are usually spared until the final stages of the disease. The website uses your webcam to scan your eyes and that lets you use them as mouse clicks or type your name on a virtual keyboard and to donate using your eyes only.
